Most of my friends at school are from upstate NY and because I'm from Long Island they like to mock some of the things I say like drawer, water, coffee and mother. They get a kick out of it but I just come back cause they talk just as funny too. My roomie likes to use the word "wicked" alot and I always try to use it with her and she doesn't even realize b/c she uses it so often.

I talk with a boston accent..so yes, i do talk funny but only when i'm out of the state.
