I sure hope Saddam isn't dead

1. If the bomb got him, it was probably instantaneous and painless. Not to mention that he didn't have time to be afraid.

2. If he's caught instead and goes to trial, the Iraqi citizens get a chance to speak out against him and I think they would like that.

3. If we catch him, he gets locked up in jail for a while - a nice change for him from the marble palaces with gold fixtures.

4. He's going to be executed in the end, but he'll know it's coming and have time to get good and scared.

Same goes for his miserable sons!


On the other hand - I hope the monster is dead, dead, dead!

I thought the same thing for all three of those monsters, "it was over too quick". I would like to see street justice. If he was just seriously injured and lost both legs, who do you think would be more upset, Saddam or his body doubles??

I hope he is dead!! Dead and GONE forever!! I hope that we can somehow prove he is dead (DNA).
I keep picturing over and over in my mind. Saddam just sitting there with his sons and he hears the first "bunker buster" and he scrabbles around like a little rat that is trapped. Then all of a sudden he hears the second "bunker buster" coming and poof...he's dead. With this look of fear on his face and knowing that the USA kicked his A**. Just like we said we would!!!

He made two mistakes; He was in a restaurant but he should have ordered take out. Then he went to the juke box and pressed B1!

If he is dead, he now knows just how badly he screwed up and has all of eternity to think on these things as he "pays" for what he has done.

My fear is...it wasn't hime inthe bunker, but one of his doubles. And now he and his sons are going to go hide out somewhere and a few years from now show up again...right along side Osama!

If he is dead than I'm sure if he knew what was happening, even for a split second, he probably feels he is a martyr for his cause!
