I sent/recieved my Ornament Exchange

Whah!! I sent mine out last Monday and I hope it didn't get lost either!!! It is going to another country so maybe that is the hold up!

I dropped mine off at the post office at about 9:30 this morning. It doesn't have too far to go. Hopefully the person will get it in about 2 days.

I also recieved my ornament today. I was so surprised!!! I went to the post office to mail off the ornament to the person I got and then went on a field trip with my DS and came home to a package.

Thank you Meriweather! It was wonderful.

I have never participated in any of the exchanges, and I was very thrilled with what Meriweather sent. She sent me so many things: a very cute Eeyore ornament, a santa ornament, a green change purse, 2 candles, a notepad, Lime tic tacs (which were really delicious!), and a lime green DIS pin with my user name - Now I can't wait to go to Disney World and wear my pin!!! And the pin was wrapped in lime green tissue paper - very nice touch! And the Eeyore ornament came from Disneyland!!!

Carole (Carole88) sent me a beautiful Disney Cruise Line Ornament, it is shaped like a plate, has Goofy, Minnie, Mickey, Donald & Pluto on it in front of the ship. It can be hung or set on the little plate holder that came with it. I love it! It will look great on the small tree I am taking to WDW to decorate our room this Christmas. I have been looking for Disney ornaments to use just for that reason. I will be sure to take a picture and post after Christmas.

Ornaments are all bought and packed. DH is dropping it off at the post office tomorrow for me on his way home from work. Hopefully it will reach its destination sometime over the weekend, possibly early next week due to Thanksgiving.

Still waiting for my package from whoever has me. But they have lots of time yet for mail by date. Will post when i get it.

I want to thank karenb for the really nice ornaments. There is a ball with stars at the top and red and white stripes on the bottom with a bell inside. My grandkids will really love that one. The other one is a snowman scarecrow that is sitting on a clothespin. It is really unique. She also sent a small notepad with a snowman on it. I am really going to enjoy them all. Thank you very much.

Thank you so much princessariel! I got my ornament on Monday, but there were postal stickers showing that there had been two tries already to deliver it! (oops)

I love my ornament and other goodies! Princessariel sent me an ornament from WDW in the shape of Mickey's head, with a pic of the castle and Tinkerbell (who is special to me, and who I'm starting to kind of collect). In addition I got a darling crocheted angel and doily - both hand done by princessariel herself - very nice, and I already have them up. I also got some Disney gift stickers, and a yummy candle that I have sitting next to me. I haven't burned it yet, but I love the aroma.

Thank you so much princessariel. You really touched me with these gifts.

It just came!!! THANK YOU MARY JO!!! It was awesome!!! I've never been to Disneyland, so to get an ornament from there is GREAT!!! It'll be the center of my tree in a moment! The goodies and the card were adorable too!!

Thank you again....so much. It was a great surprise for my day!!!!

I'm planning on mailing mine this weekend...have to put a few finishing touches on it. Then it's out of here!!!! I'll post again when it's officially gone!!

I got mine today! Wow! ToriLammy really spoiled me! I got a Waterford USA ornament, a snoopy one, and one made at the local Indian craft fair. And some chocolate!!!! What a wonderful suprise to arrive today! Thank you very much!
