I sent an e-mail to Poly Conceirge regarding our up coming trip and this was yesterday afternoon and still no response how long does it take them to respond back? Thanks

We are checking in there on Dec 8th and hadn't received anything from them so I emailed on 9/30. I received a reply back on 10/3. I assume it took a while to verify we were conceirge guests and such. Subsequent emails have been quicker but still at least 24 to 48 hours. I would give them another day or two and then call or email again.
