I saw fireworks from RPR room?

I just got back from staying at the Royal Pacific, and wanted to ask a question regarding fireworks I saw from the room. My room had a nice theme park view where I could see some of Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and CityWalk. At around 9:30pm, I noticed some fireworks from my room that seemed fairly close (right around where Universal is). They lasted for about 5 minutes (off and on), but I'm not sure if by the time I noticed it, it had been going on for a while.

Anyone have any clue where they may have come from? Could it have been a dry run of the fireworks for the night time show? Universal closed at 7pm and SeaWorld closed at 8pm, but the fireworks happened at 9:30pm which leads me to believe it was a practice session of the fireworks at Universal.

Yup, that would have been the testing of the new night-time show that will take place on the Universal Studios lagoon. I posted a video of it not too long ago.
