After a morning in MK today, the heat got pretty intense, so we stopped for a Dole Whip and sat in the shade to enjoy it. I thought about Bawb and all I've heard about him. I never knew him, but I think I felt his spirit there and I smiled and said a prayer for him.

I'm not a HUGE podcast board poster but I do lurk and listen all the time. I too said a little prayer when I ate my Dole Whip on July 3rd. He was a great man and I just felt he needed to be thanked for all his memories.

Same here. Went off on my own, because my family wouldn't 'get it'. Had a dole whip, said a little prayer, and had a few tears. I never met him, but I feel like I knew him thanks to the old podcasts. Can't wait to do it again in just a few days.
