I RIDE to universal

Hi doe anyone have information about the i ride does it go up tp universal studios and if so what line is it. i am staying about 5 mins drive from universal but wont be driving while on holiday.
would be grateful for any help,as i dont want to be spending to much on taxi fares as we are on a very tight budget this year thanx

The I-Ride Trolley will take you to the corner of Kirkman and Major Blvd. (stop #5 on the main line).

The fare is 75 cents for those over 12, 25 cents for those 65 and over. Kids under 12 are free. Exact change required.

All day and multi-day passes are available at many hotels and retail outlets along I-Drive.

thank you kellymonaghan but i am still a little confused is the corner of kirkman and major blvd near to universal ? would it far to walk from stop 5 many thanks again

If you're staying along the I-Ride route, your hotel may offer a shuttle service or be near one that does. Ask about it when you check in.

hi kellymonaghan, the holiday inn express int drive hotel that i am staying at gives a free shuttle to all the disney parks but not to universal. is it possible while staying at one hotel to go and use the free shuttle of another ? if so it will be worth while checking out. thanks so much for your help. normaly i would just pay for a taxi but ive fell on bad times and did not want to spoil the holiday for the kids by cancellingit so decided to disney the very cheap way if its at all possible and saving on taxi fares is a big help

I stayed in Quality Inn (I-Drive) and they had a free shuttle to Universal Studios. Most hotels had free shuttles to somewhere.
I also saw that the Lynx busses go to Universal, they do have a stop opposite side to the taxis, but don't know the # of the bus.

oh thats great i will try to find out the number of the buses that will take us there many thanx linzxy ime sure you may have solved my problem.
ps but do they stop on i drive ?
