was told they would come today!! We just got back from being out all day and the room wasn't touched.

My question:

We started a cash ressie yesterday and tomorrow begin our points again (cash for Fri and Sat). I guess I will ask tomorrow what the schedule is...the didn't tell me when I checked in......

Your points portion will be just like starting fresh. If tomorrow (Sunday) is your first day on points then Wednesday will be your trash & towel (unless you are staying for 8 nights or more from tomorrow -- then you'll get a full cleaning on Wednesday.)

However, if they said they'd be back tomorrow to give a full cleaning, they probably will.

If you look at the bottom of your confirmation it should tell you the T&T and full cleaning days.

Did you pay cash through MS or central reservations? If you made them through MS you are not entitiled to a cleaning for the cash day. Learned that the hard way at Vero. If you are getting off a cash reservation of any kind then Pam is right, it is like checking in fresh. If you are staying less then 8 nights following the cash reservation then you will only receive TnT on the fourth day.

If you paid cash through MS, it's considered an all points trip and they should follow that schedule. That's what I was told when I had 2 nights MS cash (Fri & Sat), followed by 5 nights points (Sun-Thurs). I had T & T on Monday.

My total stay here is 13 days but since I broke it up with cash in the middle,Ionly get T & T.......not a full cleaning........

Doesn't really matter....I am on vacation...

I had to remind them that I refused housekeeping so I got my towels today.............
