I have wanted to rent a GC for years now at campsites but the price has pushed me away. I have to say this may be our last trip to WDW for a few years until kids r a little older and I really want to rent a GC at FW. I called ressies today and it will be $345 for 6 days. No need for 1st and last day.

What should I do? My DH will absolutely say no today but will love it if we get one.....with him it is $$$$$.

If I save $14.00 a week.....should be able to get it. Easy to hide. Right?

Talk to me.......

From another thread:

Try Kenny at Tee Time Golf Carts, he does not have a website yet, he comes recommended on this site, we rented for 10 days and the cost was $293.30. his # 1-407-276-0809. Great guy very easy to deal woth and delivers aly day of the week morning or afternoon. I beleive he only has 4 seaters though.

Sounds great, will call tomorrow....Reliable? Only need 4 seats.

Thanks:yay:

Just called Tee Time Golf Carts, could not wait til tomorrow.....6 full days $190....WOW..we r definitely going with him. :cool1:  :cool1:

Yeah baby! Forget $14 a week, now you only need to stow away $6.30!

Best money you will ever spend. Only problem is when you get back home your husband will be spending a few grand on a cart of his own.:cool2:

i thought i have read where disney doesn't allow this anymore. well this is good news to hear, i will be making a phone call also.

They do not allow golf cart delivery services to enter the campground and deliver to your site with their truck.

However, the few offsite delivery services that still do deliver bring the truck and trailer to the overflow lot and you meet them there and get the cart, or they drive the golf cart to your site.

I'll be getting a cart from Kenny in a few weeks and will make sure to post a nice, long review :)

His prices sure can't be beat and the reviews so far have been very good.

Tee Time gentleman sounds really nice :goodvibes .... knows FW overcharges...that is expected... He is still delivering daily to Fort and was actually there delivering and picking up yesterday. He told me to wait til summer to reserve. Sept is months away, just in case ressies change. Only thing I do not like is giving CC info over phone.

We had one for the first time last year, and it was worth every penny. It really just added some "extra magic" to our trip, and our kids loved it..!

Okay, I'll admit it - so did I and I have been looking for a used one ever since - almost pulled the trigger a few weeks back..!

Please post about renting from Kenny - I currently have a res with the Fort, but if I can save some $$$, I can spend it elsewhere...

How do you get it back to him at the end of your stay..?

His direct number is listed a few posts prior. I spoke when him last pm and he calls u the day before arrival and then again the day of and sets up a drop off time....also he does the same for pick-ups.

From prior posts, I assume we meet him in the parking lot and drive it in or give him our site number and he drives it in. I will ask him when I call back.

Saves us $155 on a 6 day ressie, soon to be Disney Dollars.....SWEET!!!!!:lovestruc

I just booked with Kenny for March 21-March 27. The total was $224.70. He is going to call us the day before to set up a time. The lady who took my information was very nice and also thanked me several times for choosing them. She assured me that I won't be disappointed. I made sure to let her know that I got there number from this site. I can report back after our trip on the level of service and the quality of the cart.

Just cancelled my ressie with Disney at $54/day, and confirmed with Tee Time for about $32/day..same as DISBUF above..! If you want one during Spring Break weeks, they are going fast...!

Thanks to everyone for recommending Tee Time...!

EDIT: they will also supply the screens/curtains for the cart, so you can stay dry - Disney does not...

I was actually worried today when I called that I had waited too long. When I told her the dates, she said she had to check her book to see what was available. I relieved when she said they had one available. For the savings, I don't mind meeting them in the overflow lot to pick up and drop off.
