im 16 years old, 5'7' and i weight 145lbs.
i need to lose 20lbs
i used to be very athletic and i was very muscular, then when i got to highschool i had no time for athletics because im a musician and in every band at the school. (band geek iknow..) therefore all my muscle turned into fat
ive never been so uncomfortable wearing a bathing suit.
i bike for 30mins a day, and do 100crunches and 10squats.
i do this once a day.
but i do have a little bit of a junk food habit.
i need to lose weight on my upper thighs and my stomach.
any ideas?
