I really need HELP on rates for deluxes!!!!

Okay I have a friend who called tonight wanting advice on the resorts. We are DVC members and I have paid little attention to discount rates lately. Are there any good rates available in June for the deluxes?
 
AP rates are out.

The only codes I've seen have been for moderates. And most of those are booked already.
