I ran a mile today!

on the treadmill at the gym. Ever since I saw Heba do it on the BL I've made it my goal. Eight months ago I had a hard time just walking fast on the treadmill. I'm up 1.7 pounds since the end of the BL6 so I don't think I'll make the weight goal I set for myself by Christmas. But this feels even better. Well, maybe not 'better' but a good substitute.

Thanks for all the encouragement I've received from all you Wishers.

Way to go...that is a wonderful accomplishment:cool1: :cool1: . I haven't tackled the running or jogging yet, but it is on my to-do list.

Remember to get your water in too, it really does make a difference.

Awesome job!!!!:) I know how you feel. I set the same goal a couple of months ago and when I didn't it, it felt SUPER! Here's to a healthy new year.
