I preorder my Photopass CD in August and I lost the CODE?? Help??

MY title pretty much explains it all. We took a trip last August 2008 and I prepurchase my photoCD throught a promotion they were running at the time.

We ended up loosing our photopass cards so I never used the code I was given. As it turns out we are able to take a trip in February and I was hoping to use the code I was given, but as it turns out I've lost or deleted the email with the code.

I've been trying to contact the photopass people but with no luck. I'm hoping someone has been in a similar situation and will be able to give me some tips on how to deal with this... Thanks..

I bought my cd in March for a trip in October. When I went to redeem it, it was no longer valid. I contacted photopass by email and they re-activated the code. I seem to recall that there was a phone number posted for photopass...may have been on Mousesavers.com??? That might get you through faster. Good luck!
