Seeing the other thread about the billboard made me On my way to work last week, and back on the way home, we have some new billboards. Red background with these sayings on them - nothing else:

Clowns hate tangelos.

Shiny, shiny, pretty, pretty.

And my favorite:

There is a character in a commercial who pretends to be a horsey and at the end annouces that it or he has pooted. My kids informed me that character was from something called Foster's Home of Imaginary Characters. It is a strange commercial.

When I was growing up, "fart" was just as bad as the "F" word - and for a long time, I thought it WAS the "F" word. If absolutely necessary, we were allowed to say "bottom burp", but my mother preferred we totally ignore the function and any description of it.

So, "fart" still sounds like a "bad word" and we have always used "poot". I love it!!!!
