I got my test scores and I passed the MAT--Miller Analogies Test--with flying colors! I am so thrilled! When they called 2 minutes and I had 15 left, I was worried--those last 15 were super hard!
I need 7 points so that I am not on "probation" for grad program. (Means that you have extra monitoring and meetings with your advisors and professors until you achieve so many hours and a certain grade point).
I have 3.5 from grade point, 3 now from the MAT so am at 6.5. I should get 1.5 from my recommendations, so that is 8!!!!!!!!!! Even if I absolutely blew my graded essays--3, 2-pagers, (which I won't) I would still have no problems!
What a relief!!!
Now I have one more observation this week and two more drop ins, one this semester yet and one early next year. Then my time as a "new-to-district" teacher is basically over!!!
