I ordered the Photopass CD and did a Photobook

I placed my order for my Photopass CD and completed a photobook on our return a couple of weeks ago. My photobook has arrived but not my CD. Is this usual??

Yes, this is quite normal.

Mine did the same back in May this year. I believe they're produced in different places, so each is dispatched as a separate item.

Yes, I ordered a calendar and a CD last year, and they came about two weeks apart!

We've had two books now from our previous trips and they've both turned out brilliantly, we love them and hold many memories.

I've used both photopass pictures and uploaded our own and created the book from there and it's always turned out really well.

People we've shown the books to have always commented how professional and great they look. I love ours
