I just got off the phone with a great CM!!
I was changing a couple of things on my Jan. ressie. I asked him about a PIN for later dates in the year because I want to take my youngest son back as a celebration trip for defeating his illness. He has JIA(Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis) and takes 3 weekly injections of Methotraxate (a chemotherapy drug and Embrel)
....He should finish his treatment in October 2010. He then ask me if there was a reason that I did not want to receive emails about specials that Disney has to offer
. I said "I check my email everyday hoping for a PIN!!!" He then informed me that there is a box on my profile that is checked that says "DO NOT CONTACT BY EMAIL". I can not believe this!!! 
I have done everything ... signed up for everything under the sun Disney, saved trips, deleted trips, ordered maps, updated profile, ordered DVD. Not once received an email!!! He then UNchecked the box. Told me to continue to check my mail everyday. That he just opened the flood gates to my email address and I would probably be seeing what I had been looking for!! Here's wishing for some pixie dust that he is right.
