"Uno" is used in sustitution of "Un día". In the first you already said 1 day, so no need to repeat yourself in the second. However, if PixieDusst32 meant to write the same sentence in two different languages, then the proper way would have been "Un día mas". Hope I made myself clear and I didn't get you more confused!
