Does this seem doable? Will we be able to get enough done to make it worth while? That day is EMH at Epcot, should we do Epcot in the morning instead for an extra hour? Since we are already spending a full day at MGM, I'm pretty sure we're just going to be eating and doing one or two repeats if that makes a difference.

WOW!!! too funny!!! We will be at AK that day as well and have a PS at Donald's for 8:15. We also plan on staying there for a while and then heading back to CBR for a rest before hitting MGM later that evening.
Your plan sounds doable but not sure of the ages going with. That might come into play with the Enight strategy

There will be two 18 year olds, one 17 year old, and one 16 year old - all girls. We're staying at the Swan, so going back to hotel after MGM will be easy. Also, going to Epcot instead of Animal Kingdom will be easier as well. Ahh! I don't know what to do!

So you basically only going to MGM for lunch? Seems like kind of a hassle (especially since you can't gp directly from AK to MGM).

Why not lunch in Boardwalk area? Or go back to hotel for break, then have an early dinner at the Contemporary, Poly, WL, (or EPCOT). Other than the WL, you could use the monorail.

You could gab a quick bit at Tusket before while in AK to hold you over.
