In your opinion...When is the time, the best month for visit DL? You know what I'm looking for...least crowded, great weather! ;)

Late January to mid-February is nice. So is the time between Spring Break and summer...what is that?...mid-April to end of May.

Also, September thru Thanksgiving is nice and the week or two after Thanksgiving is also nice. All of these time periods are also not as crowded as others.

Being a Orange County resident for my whole life I can tell you though, that it can be rainy or windy (VERY windy. We call it "Santa Ana" winds) during these months. It's a little hit or miss but you should have relatively light crowds and good weather during these times.

<font color=navy>My favorite times in order are

First two weekends in December - yes, there are some lines on the weekends, but not during the week, and Disneyland Resort is beautiful when it's decorated. You do have to watch for rain, though (even as infrequently we get rain).

May-Early June - beautiful weather, flowers in bloom - it's really nice. Thing to watch out for here are the grad nights, when they close the park early to us regular folks, and the private party they have now and then.

September-early October -- kids are back in school, and the weather is still pretty warm - don't have to worry about rain, either.

Of course, with all of these, this is the time that Disney refurbishes attractions, so you have to keep that in mind. If you want to go when most attractions and entertainment is running, then you need to go during tourist season. :)

December - March (& sometimes April) is our rainy season, with most of the rain falling in late Jan-Feb. This season, I think it's only rained once or twice, so we're really due.

Thank you both for your wonderful advises! ;) I think I'm going to try the first two weeks of Decermber. How is the weather in that season? Is it cold and how cold? About the rain, how bad is in this December? Thanks again!! :p

We don't get too much rain in December but, as Mary Jo said, we haven't had a lot of rain this year so you never know. December is usually pretty chilly (by SoCal standards!) High's are usually in the upper 60's to low 70's. It gets pretty cold at night, though. I think that you are going to love all the X-mas decorations that will be up during that time! If I had to pick a time to go to DL and I might not be back real soon, I'd pick the first two weeks of December.

Have fun!

Inlove4WDW,
You absolutely MUST go to DL when they have their Christmas Decorations up! At DL, they make over the Haunted Mansion into the Nightmare Before Christmas theme and It's a Small World is decorated to the nines inside and out. Another favorite ride of mine is Storybook Land. All the little miniature houses are decorated for Christmas. If I remember correctly, it was November 8th that they had IASW made over (and of course HM is made over prior to Halloween) and DL was decked out in Christmas decorations. We stayed at the Grand CA on Nov 23-25th and they were just putting up the Christmas tree in the lobby as we were leaving, but it seemed like most everywhere else was decorated for Christmas.
