I need tshirt design help please

Dh and I decided last minute to go for the weekend for my husbands birthday July 5th and I wanted to make tshirts for his special day ... His favorite character is goofy ... and well I have no clue on how to go about making a tshirt celebrating his special day with his favorite character ... Does anyone have a great design that will work ?

bumping this up to see if anyone can help me ... I would need to make the shirt in the next week to be ready for July 5th ... I was thinking maybe a Mickey head with goofy on it and then its my birthday today ... and one for me saying I am with the birthday boy ....
