I NEED to take a walk today - whos coming?

After food shopping and getting my car inspected, Im coming home and taking a looonnggg walk. Yes, there is cleaning to do but I need time for myself today before I head into work 130-8. Wanna come?

We had tornado watches all around so I had to walk at the Y- but I got up at 5:30 so I'm ultra proud of myself!!! I FEEL GREAT! Well, not really so great- I've got a non stop runny nose (no fever) think it's allergies but atleast on the treadmill my nose didn't run- guess all the blood was running to my feet and stopped up all the nasal crud! Now if I could only keep walking all day!

I have to get garbage bags so I am going to walk to the store!! Round trip it is a mile. I am going as soon as I get off this computer and get dressed!!

Sorry...can't today...In about 10 minutes I am leaving to chaperone DS's field trip! They are going to a printing press where they will print their own T-shirts with the names of all the kids in the class on it!

I'll join you, Imgoingtodisney! A good walk is just what the body wants. I will be inside though.... like Imhall2000, too many tornado watches and too much rain to get outside in this part of Nashville!

I took a short walk at lunch and plan to do a WATP tonight.

Update: I did it. Only 1 mile, but that's better than nothing, which is what I wanted to do.

Did a two mile WATP express this AM and walked the mall with DDs this afternoon. Had a great day!!
