I need to make a fish extender. Can somone give me some tips on how to do this please?

Its like a long fabric thing on a dowel rod with a bunch of pockets that people hang on the fish hook outside the cabin on the disney cruise for gifts. I need to make one too and I haven't got a clue on how to start! Anyone have any ideas?

We here on the Creative DIsigns board are generally people who play around with computers!
Speaking for myself, I struggle to sew on a button!!!
I am sure some of my DISing friends will be multi-talented and will be able to sew too, but I haven't a clue where you would start
I could DISign you a picture to iron on to it if you wish but that's all. I am not very talented at all!!!
I hope somebody can help you

Well, now that I know what one is, I have to ask....wouldn't it get stolen? I've never been on a Disney cruise, but I know signs from other cruises have been taken during the trip.
