I need to change my countdown...

because our little boy will be arriving early!

I had another appointment today and dr said she will not let me go past 38-38.5 weeks, which would be July 17-20th!! DH and I are starting to get so excited and nervous and scared all at once! It's hard to imagine that our son will be here in a couple of weeks!!

I've also decided to wait and take the bar exam in Feb. The bar exam starts on July 21st, so I know I would be in no condition to take the exam. I rather wait to take it, study like I want to, and hopefully pass on the first time.

Your little Prince is in a hurry to get here, isn't he? Have they said how big he is right now?

LOL! Yep...he's anxious to get here due to my blood pressure. I'm glad he'll come early...two less weeks of bed rest!

I had an ultrasound last Monday and he was around 6 pounds. I'll get another ultrasound next Monday.

oooohh! How exciting! Take it easy - I hope they can hold off as long as possible - but they're pretty good at knowing when to take these little guys!
and, yes - the bar will be there in Feb too!!

That's awesome, Skuttle.

Putting the bar exam off until February is probably a very wise choice. I remember right after having my kids I was so overwhelmed and tired. There's no way I could have thought clearly then.

Take it easy and take care of that little one.
