I am trying to loose weight and get healthy. Currently I do water areobics twice a week, have a trainer twice a week, and do pilates once a week - phew I am tired just typeing that!
Anyway the weight is still staying on and not going anywhere. I have noticed that I can track my body with measurements and that is working but I need to eat more.
That sounds so odd doesn't it. I tend to not eat very much, just not interested in food and it just never tastes that good. So I don't eat and now my body thinks that it is in famine mode and retains EVERYTHING
What I need are healthful snacks that I can get in during the day. Things that I can take on the run with the kids if need be. Please help me figure out how to add more to my diet without adding the cookies and chips.
