We are planning on being in MK on April 21st for my birthday. But what for dinner!? I have tossed around getting (trying to get) an ADR at Le Cellier or Tutto Italia and going to Epcot in the evening but then I would miss Wishes...what do you think? I dont know if I want something fancy or something fun that they would really acknowledge my bday like 1900 Park Fare (which I have always wanted to try).

Tentative Plans just so you know (all ADR's are just ideas I havent hit my window yet):

Arrival 4/19- No plans. Swim. Counter service at SSR and walk the resort. First trip as DVC members so we also want to live it up on our balcony! (Always stayed moderate before!)

4/20- Blizzard Beach or Typhoon. Evening in downtown dis with ADR's at TRex because I really want to try it!

4/21- Birthday...MK....up in the air ADR

4/22- Animal Kingdom backstage safari and then Animal kingdom couple rides and a noon reservation at Yak and Yeti for lunch. Then leave and rest and ....here is the stickler. There was supposed to be a p&pp that we wanted to go to. I think, however, I am just going to make an ADR for somewhere in world showcase and go to Epcot at night...

4/23- Hollywood studios ADR at Brown Derby

4/24-Early ADR at Crystal Palace....and leave =(
Advice?

If you end up going to Epcot I say try Le Cellier but if you want to see wishes you could eat at Kona. I have enjoyed my past 3 meals there and then you can jump on the monorail and be at MK for Wishes. Or if money doesn't really make that much of a difference you could go to Citrico's or Narcoossee's at GF. Just some ideas for you.

I would also do dinner at a monorail resort. You can easily leave MK to get there, and you can get back to MK for Wishes. You can even be at another park that day and get dinner on your way to MK. There are lots of options at the resorts. My favorite meal has been at California Grill. We had an anniversary dinner here for my parents. On another occasion my husband proposed to me here! I may be biased, but I think this is an excellent place to celebrate.

I will be at Disney on my birthday in February and I decided to pick MY FAVORITE place to eat (I think you should too!).

My favorite place is O'Hana (at the Poly), which is both fancy and they will recognize your birthday! If you have not eaten there this is a great great meal with tons of food and you could easily hop a monorail and get to anywhere. The entertainment is outstanding and if you get an early reservation you will have a wonderful view as the sun sets. Let us know what you decide!!

PS: A birthday is not complete without characters! I am dining with pooh in the morning! I hope you have so much fun! There is nothing like celebrating with Mickey!
