go to ur user cp and click on edit signature...
the rest is self explanatory...

um, okay...
if u want to put in a picture that you get from the internet, right click on the whole pic and select properties...
then, highlight all of the stuff in the area where it says url thingy...
then you copy that stuff...
then you come back here, select user cp...
click on edit signature...
type

and then you go from there...

just don't put the space between the url and the
