I need some CS at HS recomendations...

Fairfax Fare just re-did their menu recently. They have ribs/chicken/combo options.

It was pretty good considering I'm not a huge fan of most of the CS places in HS.

Also - if you like sandwiches you can try Starring Rolls! They have great deserts there if you are on the QSDP.

Hi! Well, Fairfax Fare on Sunset Boulevard is great and has lots of options, like ribs and chicken and really good salads. It's also on the DDP! Starring Rolls has yummy sandwiches...and those cupcakes... pure heaven. Also, Toy Story Pizza Planet Arcade is really fun! And the Studio Catering Company has great options, like sandwiches, wraps, salads, and clubs.

I really enjoyed "Southwest Salad with Chicken - over mixed greens, crisp corn tortilla, black bean relish, Avacado, and Cilantro Vinaigrette $8" at Backlot Express. It seemed "good" to be eating a salad.

Since I was on the dining plan, I had to have dessert at the same place. The marble cheesecake was good, too.

We ate at Studio Catering Company and liked the new sandwiches they had.

I would recommend ABC Commissary & Backlot Express.

DH had this in August as well and really enjoyed it. I thought it was a pretty decent CS meal considering we had such low expectations for DHS. We have tried Pizza Planet several times and even my pizza*lovin 7 year old didn't like it. I like the looks of the menu at Studio Catering Comp. but it is all outdoor seating (which wasn't an option this past Aug.)
If all else fails, there are 2 or 3 CS places near TOT and RnR that seem to have the traditional CS offerings (pizza, burgers, nuggets etc...)
