I Need Some Advice?

Hey everyone, nice to be here!

Me and my dad have been vacationing in Orlando on and off for the past 10 years and eventually hope to move there. But I am wondering what the process will be to get the VISA for us? I am 16 now and have finished school here in the UK, my dad owns his house and he is classed as a skilled worker. Does anyone know any of the process needed? My dad spoke to a lawyer down in Sarasota back in 06, the last time we went so, has anything changed? Thanks so much everyone!

I believe getting US visa's is a very complicated and long winded process - your best starting point is the US embassy website:

and the London US embassy website:

http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/visa/niv/index.html

from there I think I would be seeking professional advise!
