I need some advice on spending money for kids

We leave in 13 days and I haven't decided what the best way is to handle my kids' spending money. They all worked hard to save their money for this trip, but I don't want them to have cash. Should I put it on a visa gift card? I have never ever bought/used one...can kids even use them or do you have to be 18 or older? Any thoughts?

What about buying them Disney gift cards? You can get 5% off with your Target Red debit or credit card when purchased at Target.... Amount depends on age of course...
