well there is a drink I love in the skyline called the Paris 75, it’s blue and lights up. I didn’t take my passports home they give you. Does anyone have a picture of the recipe or know the recipe of the Paris 75.

Not to be mistaken of the French 75

Thanks

I just took this picture. It doesn't have the proportions, but at least you have the ingredients. The passport doesn't have the recipe for the Paris 75. It has the recipe for the Ooh La La instead.

OMG! My partner ordered a French 75 and got this, and it was in the MDR and it felt like we'd already had enough trouble trying to order a custom drink so she just kept it. So that's what it was!

And this is from someone's report of a Mixology class, with pictures and recipe:

The fourth cocktail is actually one from the Skyline Lounge menu and is called the Paris 75. It begins with 1/2 ounce peach schnapps, 1/2 ounce blue Curacao, 1 ounce Absolut Citron, topped with pineapple juice (he didn't specify how much), then gets shaken and strained into a martini glass.

Now I have to try this one!!! I love a good French 75 but that looks and sounds amazing.

I just found my Meridian martini tasting paperwork that they gave us at the end of the class in February. The Paris 75 recipe they gave us is as follows:

2 oz. Grey Goose Citron
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
3/4 oz. Blue Curaçao
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
