My dh bought a new chair for his office about 2 months ago and so far he loves it. We found in on sale at Office Depot for $150. It was regular $279. I can't find it on OD's site, but I think this is the same one at Staples:

Staples® /Sealy® Posturepedic™ Geneva Burgundy Leather Executive Chair

It is very comfortable so far and we bought the one on the floor that was already assembled, so I can't speak about how easy it is to put together. I think we also had a coupon we used on it at the time to make it less than $149.
