I need more points

We JUST became DVC members, and are trying our best to learn the ropes.

Soooo, we figured out when we want to go & where we want to stay. Only problem is we're short 7 teensie points.

I know we can borrow from next year, but we don't want to do that just yet.

My question....is there a way that another DVC member can 'sell' me 7 points and have them deposited into my account?

If so, can someone give me some pointers? Is this an easy thing to do?

Yes, this is so easy when you are a member, it's called a transfer. Post on the rent/trade board. We did this on our last trip when we were short 50 points and it is easy for both parties. I paid PayPal and had the points in like 20 minutes from the time the other person who was transferring them to me called MS.
