I need innertubes

you know the kind that you would use to float down the river?

Any ideas?

My DH and his brother own a cabin and they have one 20yr old tube left and we would like to replace them for Christmas.

Look at boating stores, they have all sorts of styles now. We've got a couple of cool ones, a traditional round one but with a bottom so our toddler can ride with one of us without fear of falling through the middle and a triangle-ish one that rides a little higher in the water and is tons of fun for towing behind the boat. They both came from the local West Marine (http://www.westmarine.com).

The title of this thread gave me the shivers! I thought you were asking about the tubes you have put in your ears for frequent ear infections. I had them in and out for years when I was little and I hated it!

Any place that sells tires for large trucks and/or tractors should have something big enough to work--and pretty much just what you need.

Really? My husband had one put in recently after YEARS of terrible ear pain when flying. He absolutely loves how pain free his life is now. I am so sorry it was a bad experience for you.

I guess since I was only like 5/6/7 at the time it was not an easy task for the doctor to get me to be still to put the tubes in, it felt so weird and it seemed like I was always having problems with them. But they did finally work for me. I'm glad it worked for your husband!

Ok back to the other kind of innertubes; I don't want to hog the thread. lol
