Another update and answers to prayer! She was taken off the respirator yesterday and is progressing great. I'm on my way to be there when she opens her eyes. The cancer cells are currently suppressed (not remission), so they have hopes that this treatment is going to be effective, if she can get out of the woods.

Todd, I am so sorry to hear about your wife. My oldest sister was dianosed with leukemia just a few months ago and it has been a battle.

I definitely feel for you and your family because I know how this feels and it can be overwhelming.

What helped me a lot was educating myself about the cancer and just being with my sister while she was in the hospital.

Hello all,
I just spent 3 wonderful hours with my wife!! She is fully awake and can speak some (her throat is raw), the doctor said she is really beginning to suprise them with her turn around. The cancer cells are still not present in her blood and the doctors are very excited about her response.

I want to thank all here for the prayers, my wife is experiencing miracles every day! Tomorrow, she can call and speak with our boys, they miss mommy very much!
