The jelly bean one is simple...you get a clear very large garbage bag (or if you prefer clear shower curtain like fabric and sew a bag) cut a hole in the bottom for legs and in the sides for arms and then blow up balloons and stick them in. Then tie it at the neck with a ribbon and make a sign that says like Jelly beans or something...lots of websites have that one on it.
