Ok i'm staying at Pop this week, as a matter of a fact i'm leaving in the morning & I have a little dilemma. I am not driving & I need an idea on how to do something a little crazy.

This coming sunday TNA Wrestling are having a pay per view at Universal & I would like to attend. I know the shows are free but its just getting over to Universal from Pop & back which is the major problem. I don't have a lot of money to pay $100 cab fare to get to & from but I really would love to be able to go.

That's my problem, any help would definately be appreciated! TIA!

I thought I had heard that there was a bus that ran from the TTC to Universal. Maybe check in with the Universal board - they'd know!

I'm pretty sure Universal runs a shuttle from some of the Downtown Disney resorts. Not 100% sure, but I think so. Call the Hilton or Regal Sun and just ask if there are shuttles from there to Universal...can't hurt to ask. Then you could just go over to DTD and walk over to catch the shuttle. Hilton and Regal Sun are the two closest walking distance wise from DTD.

Neither Disney nor Universal run shuttles to and from their competitors resort. You can take a Lynx bus but it can take up to 2 hours. Take Lynx bus route 50 from Disney's Ticket &Transportation center to Seaworld. Then switch to the I-Ride trolley to Universal.

Another easier option is to call Mears transportation as they have shuttles from the Disney hotels to Universal. (407) 423-5566 It is $18 round trip per person to Universal Studios. You need to call 24 hours in advance but they will pick you up at your Disney hotel.

Just so you know, the TNA wrestling is on a first come basis so you must be there plenty early. They let those who are in the park go inside first so your chances are a little less since you do not have a ticket to be inside the park. The line is behind the Hard Rock cafe and I'd be there 4 hours or more before taping. The PPV events do fill up fast.

If you have a military ID, Shades of Green runs a shuttle to Universal Studios for $10/roundtrip. Don't know the specifics though -- you'd need to contact them if eligible.
