How do u get a Custom cursor?

There is a link along the left sidebar that says "Public Profile" to upload an avatar.

To get a custom cursor, you can go to a site such as soup-faerie to get the cursor you like... Than go to "Look and Feel" on the left sidebar, and paste it under "Header".
