I need help with my pda

My DH bought me a pda for my birthday & i don`t know how to work it... I can get round it basically, but it won`t` connect to outlook express...I cannot even activate outlook myself on the desktop... It comes up but then freezes & i can`t get it to go away unless i restart my pc...Can any of you very nice people help me???
