I need help though not sure anyone can help

I see some pictures, alot actually but then on some places I don't see pics but instead see a little tiny box with a red x inside of it where the picture is. I right click on them and then left click on Show Picture to no avail. Is it just my puter illiterate self and my pc or what? Please someone help I feel like I am missing out on stuff because I really want to see these pics of peoples trip. Thanks in advance for any help someone can provide.

Sometimes it's as simple as the posters server/web account has exceeded it's bandwidth limit -- common because many people use the free hosting services (photobucket, etc).

in some cases it is definitely the computer,

at work this happens alot - but at home (where I can control it) - it generally doesn't happen.

there are websites that people can link and show their pictures - that work does not allow me to see....
