When making a ressie for CRT how much of a deposit do you have to pay up front ??? Also what is the cut off for cancelling it and still getting your $$ back?

I just made a res. a couple of weeks ago, and the depost was $10.00 per adult and $5.00 per child. I can't remember what the can. date was.
