I need help on time to go to DW

Choices are the weeks of:
Feb 28 thru March 8
or
March 31 thru April 7th

Easter is on March 27th

Major concern is crowd levels and weather


What is everyones advice on when I should go????

Staying at AKL with wife and two DS ages 4 and 6
