I need help, my ornament broke!

We set up the tree today and I broke our ornament from the Village. Is there any way to get another one? I do not remember the name of the store, it is the art one, and they are the only store that sells that specific ornament. Thanks.

I'm sure you can order on line from that shop, somebody on one of the websites I go on said they had been getting prints from there.

You can email the merchandise department, dlp.mail.order@disney.com and ask them, if possible send a photo of the item or the details off the tag it came with if you still have it.

Mail Order should be able to help, but sometimes they take a long time to get back to you. Plus as a word of warning, their shipping charges are insane because they use DHL Express.

Unfortunately I'm only going in two weeks. I was planning to raid that store anyway. If you want to risk it (I'd mail right away when I get home) I'd be happy to get it for you.
