I need help making cones for the petals

I would like to make cones to have my guess throw petals. Rose said from tip to lip of cone it should be about 3 inches (which is kind of small). Has anyone made these before and if they have does anyone have a template and pictures. I am pulling my hair out trying to twist paper tonight. Thanks.

I am making petal cones for aisle flowers/memory cones-

They are longer than the 3inches but really easy to make once you get the twist right!

(this was my first attempt so they will be together better!)

I LOVE this idea! Are you using those for the WP? Can those be used instead of pew markers? That would be a great and inexpensive alternative...

i'm sure you could! Our ceremony is at Italy Courtyard, we are hanging them on the wooden chairs!

Has anyone made the flower cones for guest to toss the petals with? Rose had some cute ones with the names on them that I wanted to recreate. I just can't get the height and the decor down.

we made ours...
sorry i never took pics, but this is people tossing the petals
you can sort of see them

we used blue card stock....(standard 8*11)
then cut them square
took the Mickey scrapbook punch and stamped out two sides

then rolled and used good quality double sided tape...
you just have to roll them so the tip comes to a clean point...

We originally tired standard paper (had a book of disney sheet music that it cut to pieces)
but the card stock held up much better
If you want some type of logo just photo copy it on so you dont have to keep gluing...

The great part about doing all the mickey cuts was we had tons of mickey confetti when we were done...

Thanks! We are hanging them on the chairs going down the aisle- they are quite easy and CHEAP!
