I see that you are located on an army base, so I hope I am assuming correctly that you are military. If that is the case you might check witht he Family Service Center, they may offer some healthy living classes, or offer childcare so you can go to the base gym.
How old are your kids? Can you encorporate them in your exercise. Even walking in the neighborhood pushing a stroller or with kids on bikes is exercise. You can go in the yard and play, set up little obstacle courses or play ball or something like that.
I agree, the library is a good resource for information and recipes. Let the kids pick out a couple of books and you can grab some and read while they are exploring the kids nook. And if the library has the Working to the Oldies DVD's with Richard Simmons I know the very first one is a decent workout and you can do it in your own living room.
Good luck, have confidence, you can so it, if you believe you can achieve!!
Yep we live on a army post. It has been so hot outside but I have been working out in my home. My boys are 7 and aaron will be 4 in 3 weeks

They love to work out with mommy we have a great time. I have a Denise Austin work out DVD that I have been using. I haven't been doing great with eating better but I have been eating good. I hope to improve more but I am taking it one step at a time. Thanks so much Sonya AKA Disney Gal
