I need help geting drivers license

can anybody tell me how to get it
i have diver suit and blue car if you need those

Just go back to the Autopia room and drive your car (of course you have to wear the car pin). Be sure to pick up the gas cans. As I didn't the first time and ran out of gas fast.

i have gone around the track once has anybody ever counted how many times you need to go around to get the license

I am not sure there is a time limit, I think I went around the track a couple of times. I even turned around on the track when I needed the gas. You also might try driving off the track as opposed to running out of gas, I got my license on my first try so not sure if that matters or not.

I had the problem of running out of gas the first two times I tried, because it was so slow I could hardly move. On the third try, I was able to pick up two gas cans, and a message came up stating that I had earned my license.. so I would have to agree with this comment. I never made it fully around the track, so I don't think this matters when trying to earn the license.
