There are several ways to get to Disney from Eagle Point, but as the others have said, you can't really go wrong - not surprisingly WDW is signposted from everywhere! You might go further than you need to, but you'll get there eventually.
From Eagle Point (which is off Poinciana Blvd), drive towards US192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway - the main drag that runs east to west through Kissimmee). Turn left onto the 192 and follow the signs. This will take you into WDW on World Drive, the north/south main arterial road leading to MK.
Another option is to stay on Poinciana Blvd as it crosses the 192 until you hit the Osceola Parkway. This runs virtually parallel with the 192 and again takes you to World Drive. It is a toll road (you will probably pay about 50c), but it is much quieter than the 192. Drive this way at least once to check out the amazing Gaylord Palms (where Osceola Parkway crosses South International Drive just before you enter WDW property).
If your destination is Downtown Disney, you may be better off staying on Poinciana Blvd until it hits SR535 (you will cross 192 and Osceola Parkway). This road takes you right to the Lake Buena Vista entrance to WDW at Hotel Plaza Blvd which is directly opposite DTD Marketplace.
Hope I haven't confused you!
