I need Ding help

I just installed Ding on my computer this week. It gets the messages and says ready, but when I click on them the hyper link doesn't open. It doens't seem to be a firewall or anti viris problem. How do I fix this.

I have had this exact problem before. Try opening the DING when no other programs are open, and see if that helps. If not, try reinstalling it and see if that helps.

I tried your ideas and it still won't work. I tried turning off my firewall and anitvirus and it still won't work.
