I need creative help...

I have an "idea", but I have no idea if/how it can be done. Can anyone take this photo & somehow put a mouse ear hat on him? Or better yet, can anyone put this photo into a scene from Disney? Like him w/characters or him on Main Street? I think that's photoshop or something? Sorry I am just guessing.

Basically, trying to superimpose this boy into something Disney related??
