I recently realized I need Body Glide. I"m getting old :confused3. None of my local sports store carry this product; when I ask for the product they look at me and I know the're thinking "Yeap you need it."

Anyway, Is their someone who can give me a web site that I can purchase it. I need it fast. :moped: We're leaving in 2 weeks.
I don't know how much I will enjoy myself though if I will be in so much pain.
The agony of old age!! I well be celebrating my B'day their. :goodvibes

Thanks so much for listening about my pain!
Thanks for all the replies.

You can go to their website and order it or if you have Eastern Mountain Sports at your local mall they carry it.
I have used it on my feet and it worked for me.

I always buy it from here:

http://www.drugstore.com/templates/brand/default.asp?brand=32602&trx=SRCH-0-BRAND-LINK&trxp2=32602

Also any store that supplies runners/walkers should have it. I'll tell you one thing that stuff friggin works period. I have CP and I drag one foot and when you add 2 kids and Disney into that mix it equals blisters. One year (prior to finding body glide) it was so bad that by the end of the 4th day I had no skin left on my arches. Last year I tried body glide and I will never look back. After the trip my feet were in better condition then when I left. I also noticed that my knees didn't hurt either due to not shifting weight to compensate for the blisters.

The sports store near me also carries Blistersheild or Sportsshield (name was recently changed). Anyway, they recommended the blistershield because Bodyglide has a faint odor. Anyway, the sportsshield works for me, so if you can't find BodyGlide, see if they carry Blistershield.

If you still can't find Bodyglide, try using an antiperspirant on the chafing parts.

I got DH the Arrid Extra Dry cream antiperspirant for his thighs and they work very well by keeping the area dry and when it's dry there is less friction, thus no chafing.
It's $2.15 a tin at Walmart and DH uses half a tin for a 10 day trip.

I LOVE Bodyglide. I got it at REI. I've also seen it at Eastern Mountain Sports.

I also have Blistershield roll on and LOVE it too. I use Bodyglide for my feet and Blistershield for my chafing between my legs.

Bodyglide is not as greasy, slippery at Blistershield.

Also a great product is Avon anti-blister balm. It's more like Bodyglide consistancy but you use you hands to put it on and it's got a minty smell which is good for your feet. You can buy this online at Avon.com

It's amazing how great these products work!

Thanks Everyone! I ordered the BodyGlide from Drugstore.com.,w/ free shipping.

I didn't know about blistersheild or I would of ordered that too.. I'm that desperate. Nothing like a little pain to ruin your vacation..

THAANKS AGAIN!!! :cheer2:
